Really disappointed at their service. Very Long lead time for EVERYTHING. They are not treating people as clients, and I’ve experienced very very cold interactions. Feels like they just want to cover their ass and not willing to go any extra mile to help withthe specific situation. Is it the same experience you guys have?

I second this! They have a rolling cast of paralegals... Every week it's a new person responding (if at all). I swear I have more of those "thank you for contacting" than any actual human response.

I think it depends on the tier of service negotiated by your company. The same fragomen felt different when handling immigration at different companies. My experience.
Very likely. Otherwise I would wonder why companies would keep engaging them with all the complaints. The companies must be aware of and okay with their behavior.

Same experience here, I’m RFE for about 3 weeks they still said waiting for USCIS response, already sent email to HR but still waiting for their response.
Yes they were one of the reasons I left my past company. Very poor support with rude/cold customer service.

I'm currently using PwC at Microsoft...Much better than Fragomen in my experience so far.
