Copy is fine.. as long as it has receipt number etc you will be fine. Approval copy plus priority date that’s it even if it’s a copy..

I-140 is company asset and they won't send you the original approval notice. Pretty normal.

If you really want an ‘original’ (aka printed by the USCIS) you can fill in the paperwork for a FOIA. And you will get one.
FOIA gives you redacted copy and not original. My old employer did not share i140 and I got it through foia in 2015
I didn’t know it would be redacted. Never done it myself.
