When I first visited Facebook office a few years back I remember there were tons of different free drinks including bottled Starbucks drinks. When I went there again recently, though Seattle office, I didn't find the same drinks. What free drinks does your company have? Post a pic of the fridge?
I recently interviewed at the Facebook Seattle office. They did have a 3 fridges of drink. You night have missed it.
Yeah I might've missed it. Did you see the Starbucks drink?
Yes we have a few Starbucks drinks lol
Google has the best snacks!!!
& drinks
Rotates at LI, and sometimes depends on what location you're at. You'd think you'd want it to always stay the same, but I personally enjoy being able to try different things. Does suck when your favorite item disappears.
VMware just has pop and milk in the fridge. You can make coffee espresso or tea yourself. There are some "healthy" snacks and chips available - the only thing I can stomach are the nuts. Sometimes there is fruit, but it is totally inadequate, anything good is gone by 10am.
there is so much healthy stuff they all taste like crap. i wonder why they keep it and when they change it cos i have never seen anyone eat those. dates, almonds, figs are okay. they need to introduce something new. oat cookies are best. oatmeal doesn't have new flavors. i like the tea variety. (rant end)
@mirror buildings are not interconnected. don't want to walk all the way there for snacks.
Yahoo has snacks and drink options, water, sodas, energy drinks, jucie bar, each building has a main kitchen area with baristas, you can find a small kitchen area in each floor of each building.
Marissa is a thief. She gave jess Lee 300 mil for polyvore. POS
Wow, that was super relevant and useful. Thank goodness Google employs only the best and brightest.
La croix
We have a soda machine with about 15 different sofas and a bunch of flavors so you can make a suicide. Monster energy drinks. Many coffee machines. Sparkling rains. A couple of kegs. About 3-4 whiskey or bourbon bars spread out based on the team's preference. The only thing that didn't stick around was the kombucha keg. I think it cost about 200 bucks to fill it up and it was always gone in a day.
man kombucha keg sounds so cool!!!
don't worry, the kombucha is always EMPTY.
Each break room at LI HQ has a soda machine, espresso machine, assorted bottled teas and juices, energy drinks, coconut water, and Mexican Coca Cola. We also have kombucha on tap, barista bars, smoothie bars, and assorted bottled beer gets dropped off at break rooms every Friday at 3pm.
Well...at least you drink less HFCS?
One item of convenience I wish SF had is grab-n-go meals in the refrigerators. Many times I can't make regular cafe lunches due to meetings.

Quitting this Slave life
Microsoft had some of the most useful perks, but Google has the best snacks. My only Apple experience included dried kale and heart healthy coconut water, gross.
I wish we had coconut water in the microkitchen
Eh, maybe it's just my taste. Give me Hint any day, but coconut isn't my thing. I'll take some lucky charms to a 3pm staff though!
