Friend referred me for Supply Chain Manager Role

My friend who works at Amazon referred me for a Supply Chain Manager role in Seattle. The status went from "Application Submitted" to "Under Consideration" today. I interviewed at Amazon about 2.5 years ago and they flew me out to the South Lake Union campus for 7 interviews in one day. I did not get that job. So, I know that moving to "Under Consideration" means that I will probably get a call from a recruiter soon, right? 1. What can I expect from the interview process? 2. What can I expect from the job? It seems that most people on here will bash this job and say it will take my life away and I'll want to leave soon or be put on a PIP soon. Does anyone have experience with this? 3. If hired, what can I expect for TC? YOE: 17+ Current TC: 95 Education: BS Business, MBA Business Intelligence, MS Customer Analytics Any advice you can provide would be helpful. Thanks!
