Friend working on user stories while doing 24h on-call

My friend is working in Salesforce and they are working on normal user stories along with a 24 hour oncall. I am tired of explaining them that this is not normal and their manager is just exploiting them. I am creating a poll here so people with experience can help them understand that this is not normal and they should have a healthy work-life balance and not working during on-call (even if there are very few incidents) #salesforce #tech #worklifebalance
