I'm at Bloomberg right now, new grad role. In 2 years, I will have a total of 2 years of experience. Bloomberg is notorious for a nonexistent career ladder and tiny raises. I am curious, suppose the TC doesn't inflate any further, what TC should I aim for in 2024 from job hopping? I am currently paying more than I want to in rent, so I intend to leave NYC because housing here is ridiculous. I don't intend to leave earlier than 2 years though, I like my team and their work currently. TC: 180k
X = 462525819192653773. Dm me if you want the formula to get the expected TC based on this X value I was willing to share with you.
2 years is a super long time in tech. Nobody is going to be able to give you a solid answer
Just joined and have a higher TC than me huh. I'm definitely leaving
Bruh, that means the next incoming class is going to have higher than me... How many YOE are you?
Good to plan ahead, but focus on learning for now. TC will follow. BB is great place to start your career. You don’t know how your career needs will evolve in 2-3 years
Yo can I have a referral? Currently 2 yoe at a fintech
