Is this possible without a PhD but a Master degree only? (I found the profile from LinkedIn)
Not enough context. Weird for your average BS new grad, not so weird if they had a PhD
Not PhD but Master
If they had an offer from Albertsons, then it's quite normal.
what is Albertson’s?
It is the A in FANG, the coolest of thr Big4
It is Linkedin. In a few months looks fake. Did they skip Deep Learning engineer (without senior level) straight out of college, or roll it up? People make titles up on LinkedIn all the time. I don't agree with it, but it is very common to spot.
You know you can write whatever the hell you want on LinkedIn. Your title is a non validated text field..
They might have some prior work experience, but did Master's to further their career? I've seen interns at Amazon with 5 yrs exp.
At nvidia, fresh phd starts at IC3 and it is senior engineer.
Oh no phd. Then must be prior experience
No prior experience either as shown on Linkedin. Straight from combined BS/MS to Nvidia.
have years of work experience before master degree
Interns positions only but no full time from what I see on Linkedin
Next year ceo. Too obvious, then Head of Deep Learning.
Can anyone refer me for Head of Deep Learning as Nvidia? Please PS: I will settle for shallow learning if DL is taken already.
If they have a PhD then this is very normal
No they don’t
Then it’s weird
