Full stack developer || 7+ YOE || India || Bangalore
I am working in a product based SAS start up as full stack developer(front end heavy) role , though I was hired for backend heavy role . My current compensation is 43LPA(39 fixed + 4 variable) with no RSU or shares. Can people with 7+ YOE help me figure out whether I am paid according to market standards?

I guess you are not aware of the market then!! Product based companies pay more than this to 7 years experience guys.

It's good. Not the highest, not the lowest. I'd say slightly above average. I have exactly 7 YoE and I'm getting 44 fixed, 20 in stocks. No variable
