Yes and who will spend money when no one will have jobs anymore? AI can collapse economy as much it can uplift it.
If you automate the jobs in a society capitalism stops making sense and a new system will be needed, and who knows what the world will look like at that point.
The operative word is âgrowingâ, that assumes we continue to have the current roles and more.
I thought we needed endless migration to keep the bankers ponzi scheme going? Its amazing that people cant take a step back and see how insane this system is.
Hotter take: we need to stop caring about growth. Itâs making our lives ever more frantic and stressful. Crowding our cities, pitting us against each other for finite resources, and trashing our planet. Let the population decline. Enjoy the fruits that are not economic in nature
