Is Associate Principal Engineer same level as Senior Staff in Nagarro?

Associate Principal engineer is 1 level above Senior Staff Engineer.

They offered me around 32 for Senior Staff but that's because my current TC is less. Associate Principal should definitely fetch around 45. But I would let current Nagarro employees answer.
