I just got an offer from Transunion for G4, Manager level(high performance). Base-150k +15% annual bonus + 10k sign-on No RSUs. Can promote to director level based on performance in 6 months which will increase base to 158k. Please help! How should I structure the TC? I am not familiar with Transunion, but $158k for any director role is low, really low. Negotiate on annual bonus, make it at least 20%.
