Sure I might’ve missed minor details here and there, but I solved 3 problems with optimal solutions - one I wasn’t able to reach the optimal solution. It’s rough if less than perfection is no longer acceptable. Anyone has advice on Palantir video technical interview? #meta #swe #newgradsalary

Not really.. they are all publicly available questions and not necessarily fb tagged

You’re lucky you got an interview. Good school, 2 internships, and relevant projects wasn’t enough to even get an OA for me.
I was only asked 2 questions but I explained them pretty well and wrote clean code for them. It was not perfect, but good enough to get an offer. It could be that you were given an easy question and they expected a near optimal answer?
Congrats on the offer! I think I bombed the behavioral. I wasn’t just in the mood. I got LC mediums, and I believe I explained them well - with optimal solutions, and wrote decent code - I checked right after the interviews. Like I said I couldn’t optimize one of the solutions. And I couldn’t follow along with the hints to the optimal solution, so I think this too could be a good reason I didn’t secure the bag.
