Nebraska Service Center EB2 date current, pri date - Jan 2012 Country of Birth - India I-485 filed in October 2020 My medical RFE was responded 2 months back. Dates have been current since November How much time did it take for folks to get their GCs after sending in their medicals? Frustrated but still keeping up hopes
Nebraska is the one of the worst, there is no accurate estimate. Did you talk to Emma agents and check on the RFE? They can raise a SR which might help. Other option is to reach out to your Congressman and ask them to raise an inquiry
Was your case transferred to another office or is it still in Nebraska ? Quite a few cases got transferred to NBC recently and are starting to get approvals.
Approvals with GC directly or interviews?
Without interviews. The cases were transferred to NBC recently in Feb and March. And people are starting to get approvals. I am still stuck in Nebraska :( . Not sure how they decide which application is transferred. Very frustrating. People with even PDs in 2013 who filed their I485 in June last year are getting approvals. And for others who are stuck in Nebraska, there is no update at all.
Any updates?
Is this an interfile for EB2 or EB2 straight ? Anyways, after medical RFE , it should be just weeks as there is no more steps for issuing green card But then during this pandemic time, all the processing times are so confusing that its not any more predictable
Interfiling was done in November and post interfiling status showed as “name updated” Post that in Dec received RFE for medical which was responded end of Jan ..status shows RFE response received
Oh damm, in that case it shouldn't take like 3+ months for medical RFE
