Anyone here know much about this org? Interviewing now and wanted to learn about WLB and pay for typical embedded swe.

Family member used to work in this org, non eng (sales) though and Europe based. Decent pay for the industry (negotiate) decent WLB, some outdated systems and processes and changes can move very slow through such a large and old business

Sweet I'm hoping that it's not too low since it's LCOL. I have a competing offer in Chicago but I figured to take this interview just for experience.
