Does any one here can help to know what would GE power offers for lead manufacturing engineer? MS degree and 10 years of experience#tech
Ask for high-120s, mid-130s if the role is LPB1 and mid-140s if SPB3 I did DTLP which is for recent college grads. It’s fairly selective but GE isn’t toxic. The old corporate culture has faded when those jack welsh era workers left or retired Try Aerospace instead, you’ll work on next generation tech and it’s chill. Avoid supply chain bc it’s very rigid
Tried for the OMLP program. Didn’t make it past the auto record screen :(.
Ge appliances was pretty lax. Tho. I thought I flunked that interview for sure.
Yooo lmao. I interviewed for their OMLP program. Didn’t get it :(. GE is pretty toxic at least at ge appliances. The jack welsh 10 percent annual pip promotes distrust with in company and heavy politics despite. Jack being gone more than 20 years ago
