Looking for Indeed Referral
Hi Everyone! My wife got an offer for Indeed a year ago, however right before she was about to start, Indeed froze hiring and revoked her offer. The recruiters that she worked with are no longer in the company. She’s now again really interested in some roles and is looking for a referral. She has 4 YOE, has done 250+ LC problems and really wants to work at Indeed. Any help is greatly appreciated! I can also help anyone with Meta referrals! TC 450k #indeed

Referral program isn’t open at the moment. Only backfill roles are open so she’ll just have to apply for the roles without a referral.

is 450k TC realistic at Indeed with 4YOE even before the layoffs？ unless she‘s OK with something much less than that

I recommend she apply immediately to the job she is interested in. Referrals are paused.
Indeed is currently following Amazon to do dev list, pip, quota. If you are ok with such culture, go ahead.
I believe your wife really wants to work for Indeed is because it’s culture/wlb (previous). But now that is gone. Your manager will push you, gaslight you, and nitpick you for everything.

Yup, just started from Friday. Same thing happened when last year's layoffs occurred. Earnings report even hinted at potential layoffs. Don't bet on any referrals for the next half a year, at a minimum. You probably don't want to join this PIP factory shit show anyway.
