Doubling in size? In this economy? Financials looks ok, beat earnings for past year but looks like net income halved in past year and basically a break even company at 13MM cash flow a quarter. One wrong turn and would be operating at a loss… a little weary about joining a company only making this much while thinking of doubling…
Look I don’t make the decisions. We’re about to have another amazing quarter and we’ve been told we’re doubling over the next 18 months because business is so good. Telco is more recession proof than other industries depending on what you’re selling and your focus. The BEAD program makes for a killer outlook for us because we’ll get those funds.

What’s the average TC for SWE, Sr. SWE, and Staff SWE?
I don’t have access to that information unfortunately. I don’t work in HR. My TC is $270K incl. bonus and BOGO ESPP. I also got a signing bonus of $25k.
