Five Rings is a top notch shop. They pay slightly under the absolute top (HRT, JS, CitSec) but given those firms are coughing up 400k+ for new grad, you can probably expect around 300k initial comp, then around 500k in 3 years assuming average performance.
Thanks. Is this for SWEs? And is this just an estimate or are you basing this on real numbers from five rings?
These are numbers I got from a friend there, but do note comp is high variance and heavily dependent on individual performance.

Hi you seem knowledgeable about prop and quant shops. Any idea on how data engineers or SRE are treated and how TC is? Assuming its a tier below SWE so third class citizen?
