In IT, GM's interviews are more behavioral focused and look for you to bring in examples of your experience. I personally think HireVue is f'd up... Seems like a good test of how much s#!t someone will put with. However, some interesting projects are ramping up- so might be worth it!

I interviewed with them in 2016 for a software dev role. All behavioral chatty interviews. I had two classmates at the same event we all got verbal offers within 2'ish hours. I would say the bar was extremely low just like the quality of their vehicles.
