GM Salary for Software Dev company expansion

Buddy of mine works for a Soft. Dev. Shop in Europe. They have about 2K employees and do about $200M in rev a year. They are looking to expand to the Southeast USA. They want to hire a GM to set things up and hire about 30people. Curious what you guys think the salaries and bonus should be for that GM. #tech
