GM VP Technology Compensation
If GM managers are here , could you please share what is the bonus % , equity % and any stock options they would offer to VP and SVP positions. Company car they offer, is it same for all levels , any options there? I am approached by a recruiter and figuring if it’s worth pursuing. YOE - 20 TC - $350K
Not sure how the company car program works, but my manager on a previous team had a Cadillac CT4 and my tech lead had an escalade. I'm sure at vp level you can get what you want

My spouse and I both work for GM. (We actually met there.) TC is a broad range, but my partners total comp equals ~900k. They are allotted two vehicles, of choice, and only have to indirectly pay taxes. Partners job classification is VP.

Base 2005 Chevy Malibu is the best and final offer, unfortunately.
Does it come with extended warranty or can you purchase that separately?
