I know someone who did this at Ford. Ford paid for their Michigan Ross MBA and then at the end the dude volunteered to be laid off so he wouldn't have to pay ford back for the MBA cost. Apparently he was having trouble finding a job afterwards
No - company only offered 3 weeks over what it was legally required to offer. Not good enough. Edit: if they offered a GOOG/FB type, probably I would.
know a lady that was offered 2 years from TIAA and refused. not sure what that says about the staff that stays.
