GM workday status question
Hi there- asking on behalf of a friend. After he completed his final interview the status in workday went from “interview” to “in process”. Does this mean there’s likely an offer coming?
I never trust workday status anywhere. What the recruiter communicates is more indicative.

“In process “means he got go ahead from hiring manager . Now HR will work on creating the offer
How long it took to go from Interview to In process after the final interview?
In process or in consideration can mean the application is just active but can be rejected later.
They are trying to decide if this person is the beat candidate or not. The next step will be either accepted, denied, canceled.
I think he got the job!!
