Add poll. Nutanix seems senior level, so more work for lesser pay. I'd say go Msft
Makes no sense. Leaving an up level just because one can’t negotiate is stupid strategy. Developing skills while operating as a senior is a major plus.

Microsoft, same pay 2 levels down. VMware was bad, Nutanix is even worse
Polling is not a good idea..nutanix people want you to join msft (as we think ntnx not that great place) and vice versa 😅 Msft has more employees hence u have more vote for ntnx Ask reasoning thats better. My point is ask for more Stocks as ntnx is right now at life time heigh ull get less stock for this amount( but ntnx may touch 80-90 if things goes great) msft stock not much idea
