Interviewed @humana
First screening interview @Humana was great. The interview was in first week of August. Recruiter was happy and I believe ghe next step was to recieve input feom the hiring team in 2 business days and follow-up if no response. I have recieved no response since then. I have sent follow ups. I am not sure if it is a fail or pass.
In my case, things moved quickly, with 21 days process was wrapped up. Perhaps it depending on hiring team.
Makes sense. It really depends on Hiring manager and the Talent Acquisition.
