Netskope Senior SDET
Current TC: 220k (165k base, rest stocks) YOE: 4 years Contacted by the recruiter. What can I expect for a Senior SDET role at Netskope (Base, joining bonus, number of options) Does the company provide annual refreshers of options?
Agree pls stay away mgmt screwed up
Even though I am a former employee, I believe Netskope has a great future. It currently has a great outlook in the eyes of the investors even in the secondary markets. Refreshers do exist for good performance. There is an annual bonus as well after first year. People have to understand that netskope is a good business. Even though the work might be relatively more compared to other companies, the potential rewards are higher too.
Stay away! Too much politics and bad culture is now thoroughly in place.

Agree with the reviews. Engineering management has no clue and direction. They are only burning investor money and throwing a promising product into drain. They will hire you and keep you in office unless they find a replacement from Riverbed. The day a Riverbed employee accepts an offer, you will be asked to leave.
