WLB for games teams is generally not very good. Your RSUs at Google are at least worth something, Niantic leadership have said they’re not in a rush to IPO so idk if we’ll ever exit. If you’re switching jobs you can get a much higher TC elsewhere, don’t pay the passion tax and work in gaming

No rush to ipo because given the revenue we don’t have to raise lots of money to dilute at current level. It’s better to ipo when some other products become successful.
