They need people he said. He said if I choose improve plan path then he will be my new manager while we work on plan. Now when I decided to quit, he told me he will have my virtual farewell arranged.Got the invite from my actual manager. I’m like feeling weired, what am I supposed to say in farewell. “You made my life miserable? “

Just talk about life after amazon… If someone asks u, then return the ball to them… “how about u all had the experience with me? I think the feeling is mutual”…
If you are on Visa you need a letter later so be good. Else Speak ur heart out.

What letter? Experience letters come from HR teams and there’s absolutely no need to contact previous managers
How much was tier1 severance? 12 weeks base salary?
