Gamestop is completely revamping its business model and hiring Amazon's top executives. I am a Sr. Product Manager on Amazon and planning to interview for a Director role at Gamestop. Any insights into what salary i can expect ? TC 240k, Yoe 7 (3 as PM)
Take us to the moon my friend!!! 🚀🚀🚀
Lol i am a small pawn in the story.
Don’t forget, if played right, pawns can become queens.
Depends on job location. Depends if you will be working in US or on the moon
I prefer the moon. They pay in dogecoins
They picked up all of the worst Chewy product leadership, just food for thought ex. People who were fired for being so toxic
So being Sr. Product Manager at Amazon makes you one of “Amazon’s top Executives”?
Think you need to re-read his post.
I did Seems you’re unaware of what a troll post is.
Lots of equity hopefully 🚀🚀🚀
Before MOASS: 500K After MOASS: 500B Mandatory 🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀
Lol if bigger squeeze happens and cannot sell because of lockout. Would be so painful
💎🤲
Did their recruiting give you a comp range?
They are paying you in Xbox pre order cards and gme options @ 420. Curious as to what this revamp is unless there is some unknown competitive advantage that they have that isn’t publicized this may not be a long term gig for you. I would take as much upfront as possible and take cash over stock
Exactly? What are they going to do? Sell gaming chairs?
Just keep in mind salary could go way down once the stock properly adjusts.
So true need to look into that. Though i heard they r making more cash based salary offers given they are sitting on a pile of cash now.
What company reduces salary based on stocks?? They just lay you off if they can’t pay you! (TC, yes probs but I don’t think GameStop comps in very many stock units so you wouldn’t lose much)
