Gap in resume or job for 1 month?

Hi everyone, so I got laid off from Shopify in May. In June I found a contract role at a company for much less TC than Shopify. I stuck with it while I kept applying and received an offer for a new role starting in August which I accepted. Now in my resume it would show that I worked at Shopify till May and then worked at another company from June to July and then a new company in August. Would look weird or should I just have Shopify then a 2 month gap and then have this new company in August?

2 month gap is not a big deal. Take chill pill

It’s fine if you put you worked at Shopify until august

If they do bg check it will come up that he didn’t work till august, they actually ask for paystubs if they can’t speak to someone from there. A two months gap is really nothing, specially this year.. def don’t put that you only worked for a couple months unless you put it down as a freelance gig or something

Just list years on your resume instead of months. Problem solved.
