How should I handle this? It’s from a combination of unemployment and switching careers. Currently I’ve listed all my most relevant experience. #recruiting
It will actually depend on a lot of things. Where do you stay, how long is your gap, which industry do you work in, what's the demand in that industry, what did you do in those gap years, how well can you back up your activities in that time. If you could provide better details, it'll be helpful.

What is the minimum number of years you should spend at a company so that it doesn’t look bad?
Be honest and be prepared to explain what you did during those gaps (worked on a personal project, spent more time with your family, laid off, etc). Employers do not care about employment gaps as much as they used to.
