People who are working in Bay Area with more than 300k salaries how happy are you?
I’m currently working as an IT manager and have been updating my resume. Everywhere I’m reading (Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc) says that stats on a resume improves your chances of getting an interview/hired. How does a recruiter or hiring manager know the numbers aren’t just fabricated? And if they’re not useful on a resume, what should one highlight? Looking for general feedback and some guidance on resume building, thanks in advance! Blind Tax: TC - $180k CAD #tech #resume
Anything can be fabricated and a lot of people do lie on their resumes
