Good for beginner. We have good WLB (<40 hrs/week), pay and benefits are decent when compared to tier 2/3 tech or other retailers.

Hell no! You won’t have much time to work on anything, sometimes you can’t even do your chores on the weekend! Very toxic environment
Good place but terrible managers.. I have few friends working there ... they had a good CTO, who lifted their Tech stack but I guess he left to some other org
This company is a joke run by wannabe jokers in WI!!! Heavy micromanagement, vision for grandeur, management capabilities and cash flow of a pauper, complete lack of judgement as to what matters and what doesn’t. A company that wants to do everything like agile startups, pays dogshit and has no clue what prioritization and planning is! Kohls technology needs to know who they are first and do what is right for them. Instead they are trying to emulate others blindly. The new execs of this company are smoking something! Clueless tech challenged WI based remote execs want to run without building the foundation for running. They don’t understand that crawling and walking comes before running. When you start off trying to run right away just because someone else is already running you fall flat on your face.
