5/3 is horrible to work for
I work there now in Small Business Banking and I enjoy it. Every management team is different but I enjoy mine and work loads are reasonable. The upper management is fun and keep the balance sheet looking good but youโll realistically ever see them. I joined from insurance and am glad I made the switch. My total comp is 100k at about 4.5 years out of undergrad in the Cincy area
