Gemini India offer - please help!
I have an offer from gemini india. I have been reading a lot of negative posts/comments about gemini here which is kind of worrying me, i'd really appreciate some details on as to why many people are recommending against joining gemini ? Also considering the india team is a whole new one, could the culture and practices be better ? I'd really appreciate any insights or advise regarding the same. Please comment or DM. What an idiot asking for helping without helping here by sharing TC. No wonder you will not get any sane advice here! :D
It's a shit show tbh. They want to copy the Amazon culture here and looks like only the bad parts of Amazon culture are being implemented. Lots of chaos and no clear direction for any work. One day you are working on something and the next day you will be asked to do something else bcoz someone in US changed the roadmap. India management is toothless. They can't move a piece of paper without approvals from US.
