Hey y'all, I applied for this role at General Motors Entry-Level Hardware Engineering Rotational Program https://generalmotors.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/Careers_GM/job/Warren-Michigan-United-States-of-America/Entry-Level-Hardware-Engineering-Rotational-Program_JR-000089746 I wasn't able to attend the prep call and have zero information about the interview structure. Anybody been thru it and can give advice / info? #generalmotors #hardware #newgrad #interview
I'm guessing it only pays like 90k
Only? That's great for metro Detroit starting your career
it's just 5 recorded questions where youre talking to no one and then 3 interviews with managers who know nothing about your interests
Hi! Thanks for responding to my post. Did you apply to the same role, or is this based on similar interview experience you had a GM? With respect to the recorded questions, I think I submitted a HireVue already so I'm at the 3 interviews with managers stage then
i had track hardware interview in Dec 2019 for start date June 2020 and that was my experience. i take that back. now that i think about it, i only had two interviews with EGMs. Each was 45 min. each one asked 3 STAR method questions. purely behavioral. you can ping me if you want more info. i may be your fellow alumni if you are from a close by university
