Hello Everyone, I would like to move to Germany. Could you guys refer me Roles I’m looking for: TPM, NPI, Manufacturing & Profess Engineer, Operations, Electric vehicles(EV). I’m open to manufacturing and operations roles outside automotive as well. Profile: Automotive Manufacturing Engineer YOE: 4 years in United States (EV) Education: MS Mechanical TC: $120K #operations #startups #auto #manufacturing #meta #tesla #microsoft #google #apple #intel #nvidia #tech #programmanager #cisco #faang #daimler #bmw #audi #mckinsey #volkswagen #mercedesbenz #continental #bosch #zf #porsche #magna #hyundaimotor #schaeffler
Be prepared to take a pay cut tho. With 4 yrs experience I think the highest of what you can get would be in the 80’s. Normally it would be between 65k & 75k. Unless you are in FAANG ofc
That’s nowhere near true. I don’t work at FAANG and make €125k with 1 YOE. I just signed a new offer with another non-FAANG (although American) and will be making €160k.
Base salary in Germany? Jesus Christ. That is rare. I only know senior managers with at least 10+ yrs of experience that make that much. Also for people with PhD’s etc
Do you speak German/have right to work?
No I don’t speak German and I Do not have right to work either. Currently on H1B and planning to move to Germany and get settled
DM please
