15 percent increment is a very normal hike when you change organisation. You will not get paid any amount for this service.
15% was an example. See my reply above. I will work with the gaps and make you 10x better. But ultimate result will depend upon your hunger and drive to grow into an executive.
If you are confident about your services than you should charge a percentage of future salary.
'and get them promoted within 1 year.' This statement shows it is nonsense. You cannot state that seriously.
If you believe you can then you can and if you believe you can’t then you won’t. I don’t have a magic pill. I certainly wouldn’t want to work with you as I can’t help you.
Part of getting promoted is understanding the company, it's culture, it's promotion process which will be hard for you as a external person to truly understand and learn, when you combine that with the uniqueness of the person you are mentoring/coaching, then although it *may* be possible to get someone promoted, and might be a valid high level aspirational goal for them, to say that that is something you can do is just not a serious promise you can make.
