I interned at FB in the past summer, and applying for FT jobs now. I’m getting very few interviews / coding tests, even worse than when I was applying for internships. Anyone have any tips? TC: $24K + housing this year
It means they’re not hiring entry level right now.
That’s a lot of companies not hiring but still posting jobs..
Yeah they’re posting jobs for non-entry..
Did you get a return offer from fb? Did you change your resume at all (design, content apart from the one internship, etc.) from last fall to now?
Yes return offer. No design changes
Well, if you aren't getting other offers, but you got a return offer... Have fun at FB!
Maybe they think you will likely return to fb so they're not bothering

1. Review your resume 2. Make sure u r applying to the right job
For 1, I simply added 1 additional internship. It shouldn’t make that big of a difference compared to when I applied for internships last fall, right? Unless it means my internship was actually in an area no one is looking to hire for For 2, it’s pretty clear that I’m applying to new grad positions.
