Getting an interview with Convoy

I'm an SDE2 at Amazon with 3YOE I'm going through a lot of interviews and stuff right now and have gotten an interview at pretty much everywhere I've applied to. I am really interested in Convoy and feel like I met the requirements but got rejected really fast. Anyone have any tips or insights? I applied for the T4 general role
