Getting started @spotify

Hi blind community, does anyone here by any chance have some experience with getting started at spotify? I have recently changed my Job and am a Junior in SEM & Social Media Marketing. But it hasn‘t been very challenging since. I‘d love to work for spotify and am thinking about applying for an internship there, but do people even get hired full time after that (assuming they did a good job)? I’m kind of afraid to damage my „level-status“ at other agencies or companies by interning 😅 Does anyone can help me with that?
