Amidst mass layoffs the US govt allows companies to hire Visa Workers without proving they first tried hiring US workers
This is concerning. If even finance is stating to feel the pain of layoffs, then this could mean things are only going to get worse before they get better. Regardless of whether they work in finance or tech, they shouldn’t be laid off in any way due to poor executive planning.
Bro you forgot to put your TC on the comment. You're the only one that does it. Don't change.
I’ve adopted a policy of not sharing it on any post that talks about layoffs, job cuts or anything else where it would be inappropriate to share my TC when others are losing their jobs or suffering a cut in TC. It doesn’t feel right to share my TC when people are being laid off, but I’ll still comment with it in other non-layoff posts.
