Just receive a job offer at Lever ( https://www.lever.co ) for Senior Full Stack Engineer. Can't disclose the details of the offer due to NDA but it comprises of base + sign on bonus and stock equity. Below market pay comparing to Meta and Google. I enjoyed interviewing with the people here and am considering joining. Their tech stack is DerbyJS, Node.js, CoffeeScript/TypeScript, MongoDB, Redis and Elasticsearch. Does anyone have prior experience working here? Anything I should know about before signing the offer? 6+ YOE. TC 350K #tech #lever
> Can't disclose the details of the offer due to NDA Sounds like a tactic to underpay their talent. Proceed accordingly.
Lower than "market pay" google. Dodgy NDA. That's a no from me dawg.
Wait you can’t disclose the comp?! That makes no sense…I’m interviewing with them too. What did they offer you?
It’s blind. You won’t violate NDA

Why Modi not asking for votes based on work?
Many states, including California, deem someone's compensation details as their own personal information, and have laws to prevent companies from retaliating against someone who does share that information, so share away. That clause of the NDA is very likely null and void.
