Ghosted after Disney on-site?
It’s been a week since completed last round of on-site and crickets from recruiter. Messaged her on Wednesday to ask about status. A couple rounds were not great so honestly wasn’t expecting an offer or anything but pretty bad to ghost on an on-site. tc: 415

Disney is also in the middle of thier annual comp processes. So they may be waiting on another bottle neck in the process. It's not great to not communicate with someone butbat times it took them a week to get back to me during my process. Be patient.
