Expecting an offer from GitHub any day now (already got the verbal). Curious as to it's competitiveness? This is for a Program Manager role within the revenue org. Base: $120K Bonus:0-10% (up to 20%) RSU: $70k (4 yr vest) Additional stock bonuses: 0-16K (up to $32k) YOE: ~6.5 Location: Low / Medium COL (classified as US_National for Google comp) Additional info - I'm a TVC with Google now but technically under a noncompete. So there's a small chance to convert, but it seems pretty unlikely.
What was your interview like? Any interesting questions? I'm thinking of applying to the same team.
Can I message you?

Pretty decent, well done. Did you get the official offer yet?
How long does an offer normally take? my last interview was 4 weeks ago. they followed up last week saying i am still very much in the running just trying to finalize other people’s interviews. Would a internal reference this late in the game help me?
It shouldn't be take much longer. Just reach out to the recruiter and say you need a decision quickly
