My wife looking for an data engineering opportunity. She has offers from JIO and UHG. I work at Optum. The biggest advantage to me is the WLB and non toxic culture. Jio might be more recognised/ have more prestige in terms of tech within India but, I believe Optum to be more recognised internationally. Also, you get on-site opportunities (US transfer) in Optum. Learnings, growth at optum can be slow as we already have mature systems. But work culture would be better.
