Anyone work there? In their Mt.View office? Care to explain what’s really going on there and what the culture is like. The interview felt like they were putting on some kind of show.
I work there. Do you work at Coupang across the street? You should now Korean culture. Also, leadership is awful. There is no direction. Everyone is running the clock here just by following what Korea says and the product is doomed. It will implode one day. Most of the original SmartThings team already left. Samsung culture is very bad in general. Stay away.
