Yes people are leaving but currently the way glassdoor is innovating crazy. The partnership with indeed is really going to take glassdoor jobs to the next level. The B2B products we are rolling out are going to reallly increase Glassdoors brand name. The only thing i think that negative is the compensation they give.
What planet do you live on? “Innovating like crazy”?? They are doing what? Updating the infinite scroll again? If it was so cool and innovative people wouldn’t be running away and out CPO wouldn’t have left. Indeed makes most of the money off jobs and Glassdoor just sells branding. Indeed and Recruit make the money not us.
Idk if you are ignorant or just dislike being at GD. but I can highlight a few new products Conversations Total comp - even if we are late but its happening B2B Review intelligence and bunch of other features with it which employers really appreciate Integrated EC with indeed and more analytics with it I think we have done good enough job with innovation considering we have been WFH for a year now But i think i live on another planet.
Did you give your interview?
@tdgtufh87 - The interview hasn’t happened yet, I’ll surely post my interview experience in the same thread. @warriors4 and @Glasswindo - Thanks a lot for some positive and beneficial insights. This happens, disputes in ideas and innovations and work culture are there. I got my answers, thanks again.
@OP can you please share your experience. Asking for a friend
It’ll be quite technical. One round at least will require you to code in Java. Another couple of rounds will be evaluating your attention to detail and how you build your test cases and frameworks. Pay attention to edge cases. Most people don’t pass due to their lack of basic coding fundamentals. Practice Java 101
Also, don’t go to Glassdoor.
Thanks @warriors4 On your second comment- “don’t go to GD” is it too bad ?
