LOL I would never trust glassdoor reviews. There are hundreds of companies with a 4.9 rating. Haven't seen a single company rating higher than a 4.5 on blind.
Yep. Bad reviews are deleted aggressively by bad companies. Cheaper to pay glassdoor than to have a good workplace.
Yeah, I mean obviously it's all bullshit behavior but there's a very real possibility that people who posted honest experiences might now have their real name added to a review because the taintsniffers at assdoor are scraping or buying personal info from elsewhere and correlating with the data they already have. That's got bad implications for people still working at those companies.
REAL dumbass. I just deleted it.
deleting it too, the job search function has turned to shit
Yeah I was extremely frustrated to discover that it has been overhauled so much since last time I used it
unfortunately linkedin has become the only place where the jobsearch interface isnt total trash. Indeed seems like have gone down the drain ui wise too
what the heck?
Growth hack gone wrong - They probably thought they could juice up the numbers of the company they acquired without any consequences. Along the way, they forgot what and how their users actually came to their site to do. Crazy hubris or stupidity?
Both. It's always both.
Never, ever underestimate stupidity
people forget that glassdoor can identify anyone at any time, remember this - https://www.shrm.org/topics-tools/news/talent-acquisition/glassdoor-ordered-to-out-anonymous-users
Can't you just use a fake name
lol, can this happen to blind?
What did it say in the T&C you agreed to?
Glassdoors been a garbage product for a long time.
It's sad because it could have been what blind is.
😉 Beat you to it, but keep spreading the word 🙏👍 https://www.teamblind.com/us/s/EtqWYdYz
Surprised it took so long. We need a LI clone like yesterday.
Glassdoor is one of our products, not LinkedIn’s…
Is Glassdoor really integrated with Indeed or is it just an owner- owned relationship?
