Yes, and I think blind's reviews are pretty up biased the same way. I worked at Snap for 2 years and there is no way they are 4.X Everyone sending specific questions in eng q&a, getting no significant answer... Then ppl complaining in the internal Blind forum about the culture. It just doesn't add up
